Challenge Course Peer Partner Training
Challenge Course Peer Partner Training is for volunteers ages 12-16 years old and will provide you with the skills to assist our Challenge Course program. You will learn how to support with harness distribution and fittings, working with clic-its, set up the challenge course, and more! Peer Partners will assist with supporting participant skill development and confidence and encourage participants with coaching on their technique. On challenge course programs you will be expected to stay on top of the challenge course, suspended 40+ feet in the air. This opportunity is not recommended for those afraid of heights.
